Measure | Ingredient |

20 ounces | Frozen broccoli spears |
1 tablespoon | Cornstarch |
1 tablespoon | Grated orange peel |
½ cup | Orange juice |
Cook broccoli. Mix cornstarch, orange juice and orange peel. Stir in orange juice. Cook over med.heat, stirring ocnstantly, until mixture is thickened. Reduce to low heat; simmer 1 min. Serve over cooked broccoli.
