| 1½ pack | Unflavored gelatin |
| 1 can | Beef bouillon |
| 1½ teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 2 tablespoons | Worcestershire (optional) |
| 2 teaspoons | Tabasco (optional) |
| ¾ cup | Mayonnaise |
| 4 | Hard boiled eggs; grated |
| ¾ cup | Cottage cheese |
Cook broccoli for 2 minutes and drain. Soften gelatin in ¼ cup beef bouillon; heat remaining bouillon to dissolve gelatin. Then add remaining ingredients, adding broccoli last. Pour into a mold and refrigerate. Serves 10.
