Broccoli onion rice casserole

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Fresh broccoli, cooked
1 cup Rice, cooked
1 large Sweet onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Butter
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Milk
¼ pounds Velveeta cheese

Saute onions in butter. Add soup, milk, broccoli, and cheese. Cook until cheese melts. Mix with rice. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Source: Rock Springs Sweet Onion Festival Cook Book 1992
