3 eaches | Garlic cloves, crushed |
1 pounds | Broccoli, cut into florets |
6 tablespoons | Vegetarian oyster sauce |
Heat the oil in a wok & stir-fry the garlic until it is golden brown.
Add the broccoli & stir-fry for 3 minutes over low heat. Add the oyster sauce & stir for 1 minute. Transfer to a serving dish & serve hot.
