| 2½ cup | Broccoli; sliced |
| 1 cup | Cheddar cheese; grated |
| ¾ cup | Skim milk |
| 2 | Eggs; beaten |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ teaspoon | Mustard powder |
| ¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
Saute onions and put into crust., Add broccoli, then cheese. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over. Bake 45 min. at 375F.
