|2 packs||(10-oz) frozen broccoli|
|1 can||Cream of mushroom soup|
|2 mediums||Vidalia onions|
|1 pack||Ritz crackers|
|½ cup||Butter or margarine|
|1 cup||Grated cheddar cheese|
Cook broccoli until crisp-tender. Add soup, beaten eggs, onions and butter.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Top with grated cheese and crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
