| 1 | Bunch fresh broccoli -or- |
| 2 packs | (10-oz) chopped broccoli |
| ½ cup | Milk |
| 1 can | Cream of celery soup |
| 1 cup | Mayonnaise or salad dressing |
| 1 cup | Shredded cheddar cheese |
| Buttered bread or cracker crumbs | |
| 2 | Eggs; beaten |
Cut broccoli into 1 inch pieces. Cook in small amount of boiling. salted water until just tender; drain. Combine eggs, milk, soup. mayonnaise and cheese; stir into the cooked broccoli. Pour mixture into a well greased 2 quart casserole and sprinkle with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown; Let cool 15 minutes before serving.
Serves 6-8.
