Measure | Ingredient |

1 pack | (10 ounce) chopped broccoli; thawed, drained |
¾ cup | Cottage cheese |
1 large | Onion; chopped fine |
4 \N | Eggs; beaten |
½ cup | Margarine; melted |
1 pack | Cornmeal mix; (8 oz) |
Mix first 5 ingredients until thoroughly blended. Add cornbread mix stirring until just moistened. Pour batter into 10 inch cast iron skillet coated with vegetable spray and bake at 425-F for 30 to 35 minutes.
Yield: 10 wedges.
