|2 packs||(10 Oz.) frozen chopped broccoli|
|2 cups||Herb stuffing mix|
|1 cup||Grated Parmesan cheese|
|6 larges||Eggs; beaten|
|1½||Sticks margarine; softened|
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. In a medium bowl, combine cooked broccoli, stuffing mix, cheese, eggs, margarine, salt and pepper.
Roll mixture into small balls, about 1 inch. Freeze, well covered, for at least 3 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place frozen balls on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake until brown, about 15 minutes.
