Broccoli and sausage quiche

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N 9-inch pie crust
1 can Cream of broccoli soup
½ pack Brown and serve sausage links (about 5); cut into pieces
1 pack Frozen chopped broccoli; thawed and drained
1 cup Fresh mushrooms; sliced
2 tablespoons Instant minced onion
2 \N Eggs
\N \N Pepper
¾ cup Shredded Swiss cheese

Preheat oven to 450F. Cover bottom of pie crust with foil. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove foil and bake 4-6 minutes longer. Reduce oven temperature to 375F. Brown sausage and mushrooms together; mix in soup and cheese. Add eggs, onion and pepper. Mix well and pour into pie crust. Bake quiche 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
