1 can | Cream of broccoli soup |
½ pack | Brown and serve sausage links (about 5); cut into pieces |
1 pack | Frozen chopped broccoli; thawed and drained |
1 cup | Fresh mushrooms; sliced |
2 tablespoons | Instant minced onion |
2 \N | Eggs |
\N \N | Pepper |
¾ cup | Shredded Swiss cheese |
Preheat oven to 450F. Cover bottom of pie crust with foil. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove foil and bake 4-6 minutes longer. Reduce oven temperature to 375F. Brown sausage and mushrooms together; mix in soup and cheese. Add eggs, onion and pepper. Mix well and pour into pie crust. Bake quiche 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
