3 tablespoons | Grey poupon spicy brown mustard |
2 tablespoons | Fleischmann's margarine |
2 tablespoons | Dry sherry |
1 tablespoon | Apricot preserves |
⅓ cup | Planters sliced almonds; toasted |
\N \N | Sage sprigs for garnish |
\N \N | Crackers; french bread or fruit pieces |
On greased broiler pan, broil cheese 6 inches from heat source for 8 to 10 minutes or until soft.
In small saucepan, heat mustard, margarine, sherry and preserves to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 1 minute. Place cheese on serving platter. Spoon mustard mixture over cheese; top with almonds and garnish with sage if desired. Serve with crackers, french bread or assorted fruit pieces.
