Bride's pudding

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Envelopes unflavored gelatin
½ cup Water
6 \N Eggs
1 pinch Salt
¾ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 pint Whipped cream
1 can Flaked coconut
2 packs Frozen raspberries; thawed

Whip egg whites to a froth with a pinch of salt, then until peaks form. Slowly mix in gelatin, and vanilla being sure that it is well mixed. Whip cream and fold into gelatin mixture. Butter a springform pan. Press most of the coconut onto sides and bottom of pan.

Pour in whipped cream mixture. Top with rest of coconut. Chill for 4-5 hours until completely set. Unmold on large palte and dribble with berries, placing more around edges. Serve immediately.
