| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 pounds | Hot or mild sausage cooked; drained |
| 6 | Eggs |
| 2 cups | Milk |
| 1 teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 2 slices | Crushed day old bread |
| 2 cups | Cheddar cheese; grated |
Mix ingredients and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake in preheated 350 oven 45 minutes. Cut in squares.
