|1 pounds||Hot or mild sausage cooked; drained|
|1 teaspoon||Dry mustard|
|2 slices||Crushed day old bread|
|2 cups||Cheddar cheese; grated|
Mix ingredients and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake in preheated 350 oven 45 minutes. Cut in squares.
