| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 pounds | Jack cheese; shredded |
| 10 | Eggs; beaten |
| ½ cup | Flour |
| 1 pint | Cottage cheese |
| 2 cups | Ham; cubed |
| ½ cup | Butter; melted |
| 6 drops | Tabasco |
| 1 teaspoon | Baking powder |
Preparation : Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put butter in 9 x 13 inch pan and melt in oven. Combine all other ingredients, put in pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and then at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes more.
12-14 servings.
