1 cup Brown Rice; quick cooking
¼ teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Skim Milk
2 mediums Apples; peeled & diced
¼ cup Raisins
¼ cup Brown Sugar; firmly packed
¾ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 large Egg
