Breadless salami sandwich

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Thinly sliced hard salami
\N \N Dijon mustard
\N \N Chopped parsley
\N \N Carrots, julienned
\N \N Celery, julienned

Spread each slice of salami with a thin coating of mustard, sprinkle with parsley. Place several strips of carrot and celery on, roll up, arrange on platter and serve.
