Measure | Ingredient |

1 each | (1 pound) loaf day old bread ;crumbled |
1½ teaspoon | Poultry seasoning |
½ teaspoon | Pepper |
1 cup | Canned chicken broth; undiluted |
2 eaches | Eggs; slightly beaten |
¾ cup | Onion; chopped |
¾ cup | Celery; chopped |
½ cup | Butter or margarine; melted |
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside.
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Add to bread mixture, stirring well. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Yield: 6 servings.
