Bread dressing - slc

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 each (1 pound) loaf day old bread ;crumbled
1½ teaspoon Poultry seasoning
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Canned chicken broth; undiluted
2 eaches Eggs; slightly beaten
¾ cup Onion; chopped
¾ cup Celery; chopped
½ cup Butter or margarine; melted

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside.

Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Add to bread mixture, stirring well. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings.
