braunschweiger ball

1 pounds Braunschweiger
½ teaspoon Basil leaves
8 ounces Cream cheese
¾ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 clove Garlic OR
¾ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Salad dressing/mayonnaise
3 teaspoons Dry minced onion

Blend meat, basil, garlic and onion. Form into ball. Combine cream cheese, salad dressing and garlic powder. Spread over top of braunschweiger ball. Chill at least 24 hours before serving. Optional garnish with parsley.
