1¼ cup Flour
3 teaspoons Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Splenda
1½ cup Kellogg's all-bran
1¼ cup Skim milk
⅓ cup Unsweetened applesauce

Stir together flour,baking powder,salt and splenda.Set aside.Measure cereal and milk into large bowl and stir to combine.Let stand 1 to 2 minutes,until cereal is softened.Add egg and applesauce.Beat well.Add flour mixture,stirring only until combined.Portion batter evenly into 12 muffin pans.Bake in 400 degree oven until done or lightly browned.

Note: the splenda should be measured with the flour and rest of dry ingredients then added to wet ingredients.
