Bourbon marinated grilled salmon

| Oil | ||
| 2 | cups | Bourbon | 
| 2 | cups | Soy sauce | 
| ⅓ | cup | Ginger, fresh | 
| ⅓ | cup | Pepper, black | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Chili powder | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Garlic; minced | 
| 1½ | ounce | Sesame oil |

Directions
Cover salmon with oil.  Mix all other ingredients together to make marinade.
Marinate salmon overnight.  Grill over mesquite until flaky.
