Bourbon fudge balls

Yield: 70 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Vanilla wafers; finely crushed
¼ cup Bourbon
12 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate chips
⅔ cup Sweetened condensed milk
\N \N Sweet milk cocoa
\N \N Finely chopped walnuts

Combine crushed wafers and bourbon; mix until crumbs are moistened. Melt chocolate. Add condensed milk and stir just to blend. Slowly stir chocolate mixture into crumb mixture. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in milk chocolate or walnuts. Let stand until cool. Makes about 5½ dozen.
