Measure | Ingredient |

2 pounds | Ground chuck |
½ cup | Diced fresh mushrooms |
¼ teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
¼ teaspoon | Soy sauce |
¼ teaspoon | Seasoned salt |
¼ teaspoon | Coarse ground black pepper |
¼ \N | Jigger bourbon |
Mix all ingredients well & make into 6 to 8 patties. Charcoal broil over hot fire using wet hickory or pecan wood for smoke flavor. Cook to medium-well.
