2 cups Heavy cream
¼ cup Confectioner's sugar
1 tablespoon Bourbon

In a large bowl whip the cream and sugar with an electric beater until thick. Beat in the bourbon and continue to beat until soft peaks form.

Serve immediately.

Yield: 3 cups
