| 1 | Clove garlic; minced |
| ½ teaspoon | Sesame oil |
| ½ teaspoon | Canola oil |
| ¼ teaspoon | Dry mustard |

Steam bok choy. Place in a large bowl and let cool. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over bok choy and toss to coat well. Serve at room temperature. Makes 4 servings.
*Hoi sin sauce is a Chinese soybean sauce used as a condiment or for flavoring.
