| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 cup | Homemade mayonnaise #1 (see recipe) |
| 2 tablespoons | Finely chopped onion |
| 1 teaspoon | Finely minced garlic |
| ¼ cup | Finely chopped parsley |
| ½ cup | Sour cream |
| 1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 tablespoon | White vinegar |
| ¼ cup | Crumbled Blue cheese |
| Salt to taste; if desired | |
| Freshly ground pepper to taste | |
| Cayenne pepper to taste |
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Chill for an hour or longer. Yield: About two and one-half cups.
