| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 cup | Creamy cottage cheese |
| 4 ounces | Blue cheese; crumbled |
| ⅓ cup | Cream |
| ¼ small | Onion |
| 1 teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| ⅛ teaspoon | Red pepper |
| 6 | Sprigs parsley |
Put all ingredients in blender. Cover & blend on high speed until smooth, stopping to stir if necessary. Makes 1-¾ cups.
