¾ cup | Margarine |
1 cup | Sugar |
4 \N | Eggs |
1½ cup | Flour sifted WITH |
1½ teaspoon | Baking powder |
\N \N | Grated rind AND |
\N \N | Juice of 1 lemon |
\N \N | Sugar AND cinnamon |
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well, add flour, lemon juice and rind and spread 1-inch thick on flat pan.
Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon ang bake 20 minutes at 350ø F.
