Bleu cheese dressing #2

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 ounces Bleu cheese; crumbled
1 \N Jar (16-oz) Hellmann's mayonnaise
¼ cup Water
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
1½ tablespoon Monosodium glutamate
\N \N Coarsely ground pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Salad oil

In a bowl, mix Bleu cheese and mayonnaise. Add water, garlic powder, MSG, pepper and oil. Mix well. Chill before serving. A small amount of water can be added if dressing is too thick.

For a creamy Bleu cheese dressing, mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Keeps well in refrigerator. Yield: 2 cups.
