Measure | Ingredient |

4 ounces | Bleu cheese; crumbled |
1 \N | Jar (16-oz) Hellmann's mayonnaise |
¼ cup | Water |
¼ teaspoon | Garlic powder |
1½ tablespoon | Monosodium glutamate |
\N \N | Coarsely ground pepper to taste |
2 tablespoons | Salad oil |
In a bowl, mix Bleu cheese and mayonnaise. Add water, garlic powder, MSG, pepper and oil. Mix well. Chill before serving. A small amount of water can be added if dressing is too thick.
For a creamy Bleu cheese dressing, mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Keeps well in refrigerator. Yield: 2 cups.
