| Measure | Ingredient |

| 12 ounces | Bleu cheese |
| 8 ounces | Cream cheese |
| 1 cup | Oil |
| ½ cup | Vinegar |
| 1 cup | Buttermilk |
| Salt; pepper and cayenne |
