Measure | Ingredient |

8 ounces | Sharp cheddar cheese |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
10 eaches | Slc bread, buttered/cubed |
4 eaches | Eggs |
2 cups | Milk |
1 teaspoon | French cream mustard |
(May substitute ½ t dry mustard) Cut cheese into pieces. Combine all ingredients in blender. Turn on high speed until thoroughly mixed.
