Measure | Ingredient |

15 ounces | White beans; canned, rinsed and drained |
1 tablespoon | Lime or lemon juice |
1 \N | Clove garlic; crushed |
1 teaspoon | Olive oil |
¼ teaspoon | Ground cumin |
¼ teaspoon | Dried oregano |
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a medium serving bowl and chill for about 1 hour. This can be made a day ahead, covered and refrigerated. Makes about 1¼ cups.
