Black raspberry sorbet

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ quart Black raspberries, washed and dried
1 cup Sugar
¾ cup Fresh lemon juice
¼ cup Creme de cassis

In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Strain the puree to remove the seeds, and chill until very cold. Place the mixture in an ice cream machine and freeze according to manufacturers directions.

Per serving: 195 calories, 45g carb., 2g protein, 0mg chol., .7g/2% fat.
