Black chocolate cake frosting

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Egg white
1 cup Sugar
¼ cup Brown sugar
¼ teaspoon Cream of tartar
⅓ cup Water
\N \N Salt; pinch
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Combine ingredients in double boiler on low heat. Beat with electric mixer 4 minutes. Spread on cool cake.
