Measure | Ingredient |

3 eaches | Garlic cloves, minced |
½ each | Red onion, chopped |
½ each | Red bell pepper, diced |
½ each | Yellow bell pepper, diced |
1 teaspoon | Cumin |
2 teaspoons | Coriander |

½ cup | Olive oil |
1 each | Jalapeno pepper, minced |
2 cups | Cooked black beans |
1 tablespoon | Cilantro |
2 eaches | Oranges, peeled, sectioned |
Combine first nine ingredients in order in large bowl. Toss on beans & oranges. Mix to coat. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
