| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 tablespoon | Black Mustard Seed |
| 1 tablespoon | Black Pepper; cracked |
| 1 tablespoon | Ree Pepper; ground |
| 1½ teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 1 tablespoon | Salt |
| 1½ teaspoon | Ginger; ground |
| ½ teaspoon | Black pepper; ground |
| ½ teaspoon | White pepper; ground |
| ½ cup | Brown Sugar; Packed |
| ¼ cup | Sugar; granulated |
Combine all the ingredients and grind into a powder. For use as an interesting alternative to ordinary rubs.
