Bittersweet brownies

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Everyone loves brownies, and these are a grown up, sophisticated
\N \N Brownie. Intensely chocolate and not too sweet. They are so rich that
\N \N You should serve just a little square, as though they were candies.
1 cup Sugar
8 tablespoons Butter
3 eaches Squares bitter chocolate
3 eaches Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
⅓ cup Flour
1 cup Chopped nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pecans or walnuts.

Preheat oven to 350F. Melt together the sugar, butter and chocolate.

SEt aside. Beat the eggs and add vanilla and flour. Fold in the nut and the warm chocolate mixture. Spoon into greased 8 inch baking pan and bake for about 30 minutes. Origin: Great Food Without Fuss.
