1⅔ cup Bread Flour
⅓ cup Whole-Wheat Flour
4 teaspoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoons Applesauce
½ teaspoon Crushed green peppercorns
½ teaspoon Dried sweet basil
1 pinch Garlic powder
¼ cup Bacon (with fat)
2 teaspoons Yeast (active dry)
