|2 cups||Uncooked quick oats|
|4||Oranges, sections and juice|
|6 mediums||Size apples, peeled & grated|
|1 cup||Chopped pecans|
|4 cups||Plain yogurt|
|Wheat or corn flake cereal|
|For garnish - optional|
|Raisins for garnish optional|
Soak oats in milk ½ to 1 hour.
Mix orange sections and juice with apples, bananas, pecans, yogurt and honey. Stir into oat mixture. Sprinkle with cereal and raisins, if desired.
