bircher muesli

MeasureIngredient
2 cups Uncooked quick oats
2 cups Milk
Oranges, sections and juice
6 mediums Size apples, peeled & grated
Bananas, diced
1 cup Chopped pecans
4 cups Plain yogurt
¼ cup Honey
  Wheat or corn flake cereal
  For garnish - optional
  Raisins for garnish optional

Soak oats in milk ½ to 1 hour.

Mix orange sections and juice with apples, bananas, pecans, yogurt and honey. Stir into oat mixture. Sprinkle with cereal and raisins, if desired.
