Egg equivalent (2 egg whites or 1 Eggbeater-type)
⅓ pack Instant onion soup mix (or less to taste; the cottage cheese is salty to start with)
1 cup Rolled oats

From: kapitan-white@... (Elsa Kapitan-White) Date: Thu, 11 Jul 1996 09:34:56 -0500 adapted from SHAPE magazine, July 1994 Combine the first three ingredients; add oats and mix well. Shape into three patties. Grill until golden, 3 minutes each side, or cook in a skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Serves three, 180 calories each.
