MeasureIngredient
1 pack Lemon Jello
½ teaspoon Salt and a dash of pepper
1 cup Boiling water
¾ cup Pickled beet juice
⅓ cup Sugar
  Dissolve Jello in boiling
  Water. Add beet juice,
  Sugar, salt and pepper.
  When cool, add:
1 teaspoon Ground horseradish
2 teaspoons Grated onion
¾ cup Diced beets
¾ cup Diced celery
