Beer chicken

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
8 \N To 10 chicken breasts
\N \N (or your favorite parts)
⅓ cup Butter, melted
\N \N Juice from 8 medium lemons
\N \N (or about 1 1/2 cups juice)
1 can Of beer
1 teaspoon Garlic salt
1 teaspoon Lemon pepper

Combine butter, beer, lemon juice, garlic, lemon pepper. Pour over chicken and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours. Barbecue chicken, brushing sauce over pieces as you turn them. Grill about 15 to 20 minutes per side.

Good and simple recipe for grilled chicken. Serve with broccoli-rice casserole and grilled Vidalia onions and you have a great weekend barbeque menu. Add a salad and garlic bread and it's a fantastic weekend barbecue!
