1 can (12-oz) beer
2 tablespoons Sugar
3 cups Bisquick

Combine above ingredients with mixer. Place in refrigerator 1-2 hours covered before baking. Pour in greased muffin tins and bake at 400 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
