|¾ cup||Cheese, shredded|
|½ teaspoon||Mustard, dry|
|1 teaspoon||Tobasco sauce|
Bring cheese to room temperature, Toss with flour, dry mustard and paprika. In a suacepan heat beer and tobasco util just warm.
Gradually add cheese mixture stirring constatnely till cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Use as a dip or spoon over chips for nachos, etc.
