Beef or liver one sun (neua reu tab daed dio)

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Thin slices of rump steak with a little fat attached
\N \N OR
\N \N Thin slices of liver
½ cup Fish sauce
\N \N Oil for frying

Marinate the meat or liver in the fish sauce for about 1 hour.

Drain. Heat some oil over med to high heat and fry the meat being careful not to overcook it. Remove and drain on paper towels. Eat as a snack with cold beer.
