beef macaroni

5 mediums Onions; chopped
  Bacon drippings
1 pounds Ground beef
  Chopped parsley
  Salt
  Chili powder to taste
1 pounds Cheese; grated
Carrot; chopped
Rib celery; chopped
  Poultry seasoning to taste
  Pepper
1½ cup Tomatoes
1 pack (10-oz) macaroni

Saute onion in drippings. Add beef and brown. Add remaining ingredients, except macaroni, and simmer 1 hour. Cook macaroni according to directions.

Grease large casserole and layer macaroni, sauce and cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes. Serves 8-10.
