Beef casserole #1

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 pack Macaroni & cheese
1 can (17-oz) sweet peas
1 can (17-oz) sweet corn
1 medium Onion; sliced
1 \N Green bell pepper; diced
1 can (large) tomato sauce
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste

Cook beef, breaking apart into small pieces. Drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, peas, corn, onion & green pepper. Cook over low heat. Add salt & pepper to taste. Prepare macaroni & cheese according to package directions.

Put in casserole & mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes. Serves
