| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 small | Onion; chopped |
| 1 can | Rotel tomatoes with chiles |
| 1 can | (small) chopped green chiles |
| 1 pounds | Velveeta cheese; melted |
Brown ground beef and onion in pan. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
