Beans with coconut milk

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Chick peas, soaked
1½ cup Coconut milk
1 medium Tomato, chopped
3 eaches Garlic cloves, crushed
1 each Garlic clove, minced
1½ teaspoon Turmeric

Cook peas ni enough water to cover until they are about half done.

Drain them, then add the coconut milk to the pot along with the tomato & spices. Continue to boil until the peas are tender. Serve hot with rice.
