Beans and beef^

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 large Onion, diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
½ \N Green bell pepper, diced
½ \N Red bell pepper, diced
2 cups Canned no salt added tomatoes
1 cup Cooked kidney beans
½ teaspoon Chili powder or to taste

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 1½-qt. baking dish with Pam. Brown meat in a medium size skillet; drain off fat. Ad onion, garlic, bell peppers and tomatoes; cook 10 minutes. Add beans and chili powder.

Spoon mixture into baking dish. Cover and bake 1 ½ hours. Remove cover. Bake 20 minutes more. Serve hot. Makes 6 servings.
