bean curd and peanut salad vinaigrette

1 Servings
¼ cup Light-flavored vegetable oil
¼ cup White vinegar
¼ cup Minced fresh hot chiles
½ teaspoon Grated fresh ginger
Cloves garlic; finely minced
3 tablespoons Vinegar
  Salt and coarsely ground black pepper; to taste
  Cayenne pepper; to taste (optional)

In a blender pure all ingredients.
